NEUROPSYCHOLOGY OF CORRUPTION: NIGERIAN CORRUPT JUDGES AND THE PARADIGM OF FRAUDULENT JUDGEMENTS.

Habits are like smoke difficult to hide under the carpet from prying eyes because they would eventually resurface with their ugly tentacles bad habits anyway.  Habits reveal who we really are Individually or collectively as humanoid shaped by habits either those culturally cultivated in our adolescence as an individual or later in life collectively via the structuralism of nature and nurture mechanism or dichotomy depending on your preferences.

Our corrupt judges in Nigeria cannot be an exception when it relates to the structuralism mentioned above given the predominance of nurture argumentation which says you are what you are because of the overwhelming influences exerted on you as an individual or collectively by the milieu wherein you function, domicile or the kinds of association you socialise with.

This is not an argument to exonerate corrupt Nigerian judges rather to create a solid foundation for their condemnation.
It is a commonsensical knowledge that if you dinner with the devil you are likely to invite the spirit In your dream cosmology wise, same with a judge who wanders in a corrupt environment knowingly he/she is likely to internalize influences from such corruption ridden clime because of the mechanism of habits formation coupled with the subconsciousness in terms of the psychological impact that kind of environment has on human behaviour individually or collectively.
We could all develop psycho behavioural signpost a kind of mental architecture that will give us the tripod of habits expectations in terms of a revolving triangle of Cue/Routine/Reward and when the reward is advantageous or outweighs expected negatives we tend to develop tunnel vision and inefficient brain mechanism.

This is exactly what occurred in my view with our corrupt Nigerian judges because when they get the hint of high profile cases their basal ganglias go into over drive ready to give repetitive fraudulent judgements since the reward which is bribery money is massive running into billions of naira without any negative consequences attached if and when caught but compulsory retirement with due benefits.
This situation has exposed our corrupt Nigerian judges to a vicious circle of anticipatory cravings for high profile cases with higher net worth with its negative consequences as regard circles of fraudulent judgements.
Thus, our corrupt judges brains have decided that the money from received bribes and the merry accompanying such dishonorable behaviour in our clime are more important than doing the lawful engagement of dispensing justice accordingly. This is so because their views on justice are now distorted since corruption, bribery and fraudulent behavioural paradigms become automatic rationalism.
The intoxication and addiction to fraudulent corrupt practices and fraudulent judgments given by judges as a result of repetitive billions of naira ringtones in the brains of our corrupt judges have culminated in inability to use their power of hesitation when confronted with proposition of perversion of justice.

The consequences of this lack of character we are now witnessing daily in our judiciary,  judges delivering abracadabric kind of judgements that nobody in their right judicial senses shall contemplate, evidently corrupt judges critical thinking processes have deteriorated because of the mechanism of internalizing the art of fraud, jaundiced judgement negotiations that look like signing a memorandum of understanding to pervert justice.
In conclusion our anti-corruption war against corrupt judges in the judiciary must be deliberate fight against entrenched negative habits in the temple of justice so as to eradicate automatism in respect of fraudulent judicial pronouncements.
