CABALISM: FIRST LADY AND NIGERIA'S MOOLIGHT TALES.
The spirit of Aso rock and moonlighting tales have taken over our political space with the outburst of the First Lady in an interview on BBC Hausa expressing her frustration with the internal power distribution or power play inherent within Aso rock in terms of who gets what as compensation government position wise coupled with government policy direction.
In my view her frustration is not about Nigeria rather she is presenting us with internal power conflagration within @APCnigeria for the spoil of office and job for the boys as usual.
I read the translated interview and my takeaway from it is something I call moonlight tales of cabalism a narrative that is common as salt in our clime.
Those who are complaining of cabals in Aso rock are themselves cabals of a different specie this is a case of baracuda eating small fish.
Cabalism is about informed self interest and aggregate
informed self interest is what I call vested interests and they are
persons, groups of people with special benefits either in government,
organization, system or political space they are essential elements of
influence in governance. Therefore, we must learn to live with these
existential evil.
Emotions are not relevant mediator or modulator of these gamut of conflicting interests and relationships.
It is in this respect that I see our First Lady interview as nothing more than a mechanism to externalize the frustration of party Bonobos who have been left out in the cold in the obvious power shift unraveling before our political periscope.

This is not our fight it is the struggle of party principalities for dominance and hegemony.
There will always be cabals in any government and hegemonic confrontation is a mechanism for rejuvenation in any government or organization.
Our First Lady is sticking her neck out in a party political struggle presented to us as a fight for the masses. Nigerians this is not our fight this is elitist struggle for dominance.
