APOLOGIST LOGIC: ODYSSEY OF FALSEHOOD AND JUNK ANALYSES.

''We've seen over time that countries that have the best economic growth are those that have good governance, and good governance comes from freedom of communication. It comes from ending corruption. It comes from a populace that can go online and say, 'This politician is corrupt, this administrator, or this public official is corrupt''. -Ramez Naam

When you put an apologist in front of global audience requesting his viewpoints/analyses on multifaceted national issue you are assured of getting an earful of demagoguery.

Yinka Odumakin's description of ''investigation#Dasukigate'' as criminalization of election spending is pedestrian. Moreover, his unbelievableness came to the fore when he opined that for him spending funds meant for armament to fight Boko Haram on electioneering was justified.

''If something can corrupt you, you're corrupted already''. -Bob Marley

@PDPNigeria Electioneering bonanza is a common denominator amongst political parties in Nigeria. Thus says the lord of Afeniferere Yinka Odumakin.

Yinka Odumakin's cherry picking in mind, we shouldn't be surprised when Olu Falae an Afeniferere prominent said he never got money from Dasuki but from chief Anenih notwithstanding the circumstances, he said it vehemently into our auditory tube that he will not refund blood money.

This kind of arrogancy reflects the mannerism in which Yinka Odumakin, Yakassai, Olu Falae,  Metuh and Raymond Dokpesi et al are periscoping investigation#Dasukigate. There is a kind of agreement amongst the clan of thieves (consensus gentium) that the unfolding indictment is a hoax.

''The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently''. -Friedrich Nietzsche

Please don't be exasperated when Yinka Odumakin's crooked thinking suggests to us/you that ''Diezani/Okojoiwealagate'' are both an extension of the electioneering bonanza that we ought to live with as normal because that is the nature of election financing in Nigeria.

Simply put an apologist logic is pedestrian and it's unbelievableness come to the fore under scrutiny.

We are not talking of security votes which is a kind of legitimization of illegitimacy ''zonder'' accountability, rather we all vividly know it as a camouflage, a subterfuge for institutionalization of corrupt practices in governance during the administration of president Goodluck Jonathan.

We are talking here of $2.1billion funds budgeted for armament to safeguard national security in the war against terrorist Boko Haram, even significant is the fact that extrabudgetry approval was given for additional $1billion on the request by president Goodluck Jonathan to the National Assembly.

Yinka Odumakin the cash-for-hire activists, this is one of the so many cruxes of the matter.

Were the four Ex-Service Chiefs who served in the Goodluck Jonathan’s presidency also entitled to a whopping sum of N1trillion as electioneering bonanza going by your analyses of the unfolding investigation#Dasukigate scam?

Please, we want to know who owns the land. “Every day is for the thief,” goes the Yoruba proverb, “but one day is for the owner.” Most often used to refer to embezzling politicians, it espouses the belief that you can lie, cheat, and steal, but no matter how long you get away with it, you will, someday, be caught''. -Teju cole
