SHEHU SANI INTO NASIR EL RUFAI: SEASONS OF FALSEHOOD AND THE MONTH OF FORGERY.

I am not a lawyer neither am I into any juridical engagements but I can affirm without contradicting myself to be knowledgeable enough in legal matters and the consequencies of running afoul of the law.

If you deliberately make false document with inherent falsification of other people's signature, you are without any doubt in a criminal engagement either alone or in concert with others- my view.

Criminal Code Act. Laws of the Federation of Nigeria. Division 3. Forgery and like Offences: Chapter 43 to Chapter 46 vividly defines in Section 465 forgery as follows:

“A person who makes a false document or writing knowing it to be false, and with intent that it may in any way be used or acted upon as genuine, whether in the state or otherwise, to the prejudice of any person, or with intent that any person may, in the belief that it is genuine, be induced to do or refrain from doing any act, whether in thestate or elsewhere, is said to forge the document in writing.”

Please, you need to read the chapters mentioned above thoroughly to understand what this ignoble act perpetrated by some people in the Tudun Wada Ward executives of the All Progressives Congress in Kaduna State portend for our polity as we embark on our crusade/journey of anti corruption.

Anti Corruption is not only about stolen commonwealth and the recovery, but it includes total ethical reorientation and abhorrence of all vices, actions, inactions, codified in the Act and in our political, socio-moral cultural traditions.

It is indeed not a good omen in Nasir El Rufai backyard and in the @APCNIGERIA family. Please a proper and full investigation is absolutely necessary here.

SHEHU SANI INTO NASIR EL RUFAI:

Since when has it become an offence to critique Kaduna State governor Nasir el Rufai, is outspokeness becoming a treasonable crime politically in @APCNIGERIA a la Kaduna branch.

Every citizen has the inalienable right to critique or ask question in respect of the policy, processes of administration and governance within the purview of his/her geopolitical space in a democratic setting or milieu.

To deny citizenry that right is anti democracy: a precursor of dictatorialism. I hope that is not where we are heading to in Kaduna State.

One of the most outspoken party officials in the @APCNIGERIA is Nasir el Rufia, when we look at the recent history of party politics in Nigeria coupled with critique and confrontation with the past administration on policy and governance.

He Nasir el Rufai has never shy away from talking his own truth to power. Why the sudden change now?

Nasir el Rufai simply put it then in all public fora that it is an existential demand on all public spirited individuals to raise their voices or ventilate their opinion, when they disagree with government policies that are not in the interest of the people.

I wonder since when has he become ''God'' all knowing, infallible, almighty that nobody can critique within the party, I just pray that he has not started on a journey of infamy by attempting to muffle constructive criticism.

Note one of the reasons why @PDPNIGERIA failed today is/was lack of internal democracy please don't follow that route @APCNIGERIA Kaduna branch.
