JUSTICE FOR SALE IN NIGERIA: AN ANTHOLOGY OF LINKS TO FRAUDULENT JUDICIAL NARRATIVES.

The administration of justice is a serious business with important obligations and responsibilities, a judicial officer must avoid impropriety in the discharge of his/her responsibilities, this is a key creed of the code of conduct for judicial officers of the federal republic of Nigeria.

THE FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION HERE IS: Are our judicial officers in observance of this key creed in the excercise of their daily judicial engagement with the populace at large? My answer is an emphatic NO.

The devastating influence of unscrupulous, fraudulent and corrupt judges occupying judicial offices in Nigeria can never be over emphasised. We are all witnesses or victims, direct or indirect of their dishonourable path to disagreeable behaviour in the administration of justice either as an individual, a corporate organization or as a group.

Note: The judicial officers are not the only one guilty of dishonourable path to disagreeable behaviour here; also the justice seeking public using unfair methodology also culpable in abusing the mechanism or processes of justice adjudication in Nigeria @Bukolasaraki et al.

A lot had been written on this subject matter I would not want to overflog the issue, therefore my reference to the following links for your reading pleasure.
