PERSUASIVE PARADIGM AND ALI BABA POLITICS.
PERSUASIVE PARADIGM.
The absence of this basic requirement in any society is what I give the nomenclature totalitarianism, therefore a persuasive paradigm of communication is inherently democratic, however we must not delude ourselves that a democratic mindset or society cannot turn "dictatorial" under certain condition prevalent.
The senate rules forgery misadventure is a good example of conditon prevalent wherein a persuasive paradigm of communication might not work to achieve the desired result, so a "nuclear option" might be the right panacea.
According to Cornel West "Where there is no vital community to hold up precious ethical and religious ideals, there can be no coming to a moral commitment".
Present leaderships of the senate are not product that yield to persuasion, neither are they people who hold up high ethical ideals, they are usurpers and we must kick them out, they have no moral commitment to do the right things in the interest of Nigerians.
Their penchant for self-aggrandisement and uncompromising attitude in the face of felony meant that they dont have any sense of the principle of rightness and the concept of public interest.
What we have here is a case of "OJUKOROJU" fraud when the universal i.e public interest is set aside for particular.
We must not let this fraud stand.
ALI BABA POLITICS
The more you look the less you see, this kind of abracadabra politics in the belly of our motherland Nigeria leaves one with nauseatic feelings.
The forgery scandal, coupled with the arrogance of power and the TA LO MAMUNMI mentality of those actors involved portend no good for our democracy.
The political class in Nigeria and their agberos are in a macabre dance before their downfall if they do not stop their fraudulent nature.
What united the political class in nigeria is not a specificity of orientation to develop the country, but the particularistic nature of their ''lootocracy'' an unbridled fraudulent nature.
The level of primitive accumulation: impunity, fraud, forgery we witnessed in recent times is a pointer to the fact that the future of Nigeria we all hope for is empirically inaccessible with this 8th NASS, given the forgery scandal that has heralded it.
Why are our politicians fraudulent?
It is evident that no straight forward answer of absolute certainty in philosophical frame of mind on the issue raised above, but I would like to posit here damning the consequencies of self contradiction that the commonplace fraudulent behaviours exhibited by our politicians is a reflection/manifestation of the collapse of our value system.
With proper illumination and philosophical scrutiny we can safely conclude that Nigeria democracy and the legislative institution is fraught with high drama of irreconcilability considering the status of electability of most members when placed under microscopic challenges and criteria of honesty cum integrity.
If nothing is done quickly to arrest this ugly phenomenon of forgery and punishment meted out to those offenders @APCnigeria stood accussed of being politically impotence, coupled with moral and philosophical weakness in the face of ALI BABA.
